"I started out to create a mandala. Rather than center it, I felt like putting the center near the top. I completed the center of the mandala and then began making "random" dots across my surface. Then I went back to working on the mandala. Because I was so focused on the mandala, it wasn't until later, after I had left the room and then walked backed in and saw the piece from a distance, that I noticed this beautiful, peaceful face. "
